A broad scale staged specialised warehouse and logistics Business Park precinct has been constructed by Australand commencing in 2002. Landscape scope includes infrastructure, estate streetscapes, conservation areas and landscape building settings to over 15 projects featuring endemic plantings. Stage One and Two are complete with Stage Three presently under construction. Stage One Facilities have been constructed for LG Electronics, Costas, Macsim, Nover, SK Steel, Swads and Australia Post. Stage Two includes complexes for Makita, Alspec, CCL Chocolates and Holden Parts. Stage Three projects have recently been completed for K-Mart, Cassons and Best & Less with another building for QLS. A fourth stage is planned in the near future.
