Peter Glass (BLArch), with over 33 years of experience as a professional landscape architect in addition to earlier valuable experience in the landscape construction and horticulture industries, has both the understanding and technical knowledge to assist with the provision of Expert Witness and Expert Testimony in our areas of expertise.

Peter Glass appreciates the importance of acting as an expert witness and providing expert testimony. Peter understands the responsibility placed upon him and he enjoys the opportunity to address the mental and technical challenges that are placed before him.

On a general level, Peter’s areas of expertise relate to our specialist fields of Landscape Architecture, Environmental Planning and Swimming Pool Design, and extend to cover issues relating to recreational planning and design; horticultural design, plant selection and suitability plus associated issues; safety and compliance issues; landscape design and construction issues; on-slab waterproofing, drainage and associated roof garden issues; etc.

Peter Glass has successfully assisted a large range of Clients over the years and has acted on behalf of both individuals and corporations, right through to Local and State Government authorities and organisations.

Peter’s successful assistance with a large range of Expert Witness and Expert Testimony  matters, extending from private arbitration and mediation to the Local, District and Land & Environment Courts, and through to the Supreme Court, has been largely attributed to Peter Glass’s:

Personal Accident -

• The death from accident of a cyclist riding through a National Park
• The brain injury of a child as a result of falling into a stormwater channel
• Spinal injuries to young people from diving into public and commercial pools under varying circumstances
• The eye injury received by a young child as a result of suspect landscape maintenance in a caravan park
• The serious injury of a pedestrian walking down external stairs in licensed premises
